1. What are the shipping costs?
Note: packages over 1kg will be charged differently, you will be informed by email first!
Regular packages up to 1kg:
Slovakia & Czech Republuc - according to acctual prices of slovak and czech post
Europe - regular air mail: €10; EMS: €20
USA & Canada - regular air mail: $18; EMS $28
Rest of the world - regular air mail: $20; EMS $55
Please use full and correct address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or returned to us which will cause re-delivery charges.
Orders will be dispatched upon receipt and charged at the above rates.
If for any reason you are not in to accept the parcel it will normally be held at the post before being returned to us.
2. Do you have a shop I can visit?
Sorry, no regular shop. We specialize on online shop only.
3. How can I pay?
After placing your order we will send you email with bank details for money transfer.
4. What are your delivery times?
Since all our products are hand-made(we do not have any stock) please, allow up to 28 days for your item to be made and delivered to you.
5. Can I place my order over the phone?

Sorry, no catalogue, only online shop.
7. Do you sell wholesale?

8. Order cancellations and order changes:
Please notify us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel or change your order.Please send us an email confirming your change or cancellation.The product will either be exchanged, repaired or if preferred and purchased within 28 days, your money will be refunded in full.
(note: Your order number and receipt must be retained in order for any exchange or refund to take place). Should replacement goods be required, a further postage charge will be made to cover the costs of re-sending the new item.

10. I have received the wrong item, what can I do?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us
11. What if my item is faulty?
If your item is faulty please return it to the address on the contact page. We will send you a replacement shortly.
12. What if I have some complains?
If you have any complaints about our products, please contact us. Our telephones are usually busy so it is advisable to emailing us first as responses are often a lot faster that way. We will send you response within 48 hrs. We are contactable Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm CET.
13. How do I measure my dog for the best fit?
Take measurements from neck to beginning of tail, around the chest, between front legs, measure their front legs as well.
